1. Shipping Partner The AURA farm ships all orders nationwide across South Africa via Aramex, a trusted and reliable courier service.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 5–8 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 8–11 business days

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our store for current offers.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.com.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will hold your parcel at a collection point. The AURA farm is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected or returned due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at theaurafarmhelp@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the matter with Aramex.
